aodbt was commissioned by Innovation Place to provide interior design services to renovate and upgrade the Fitness Centre Locker Rooms at the Galleria. Scope of Work included selective demolition and renovation of existing steam room, showers, lockers, and change rooms in the Fitness Centre. The upgrade included construction of a new steam room in both the women’s and men’s locker rooms on the main floor of the Galleria. As the Fitness Centre remained open during the renovation, minimal disruption to the existing facility services was important. The project team worked closely with the client and the contractor to determine a phasing plan that ensured minimal disruptions to existing operations.
