Hyde Park View is a contemporary adult housing development, designed to provide comfortable accommodation to residents 50 years and older. The senior living complex includes 100 life lease suites, 15 rental apartments, and 25 personal care suites. The age-in-place design is fully integrated throughout the complex. Our design team has incorporated many design features into each suite, including wide doorways and hallways, a barrier-free walk-in shower in each master bedroom, large balconies, spacious floor plans with 9-foot ceilings, central air conditioning, and a large open concept kitchen in each suite that features a large functional island, six stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
The project is also designed around maximizing value for the units being sold. Attractive building features include heated parking, personal storage space, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The facility also has several large amenity spaces, including a hotel style lobby with a two-storey fireplace, a large dining room, an exercise room, a library, a mini-theatre, and a large outdoor deck with BBQ and hot tub.
