Innovative Residential is one of Saskatchewan’s most notable providers of affordable and entry level housing. aodbt has been working in collaboration with Innovative Residential to design multi-unit, modular housing options to help increase the affordable housing market in Saskatoon’s newest suburban developments. Through different types of design options such as apartment buildings, stacked townhouses, and single unit line ups, aodbt has designed buildings in different ways, with modular components that can be configured depending on the site. With buildings in a variety of locations throughout Saskatoon neighbourhoods including Kensington and Evergreen, aodbt and Innovative Residential are building a strong, long-standing relationship that will bode well for future projects.
