Mennonite Central Committee + Ten Thousand Villages

aodbt assisted this non-profit group create a completely new image and staff working environment by analyzing their operations and assisting them with the redevelopment of their warehouse building. aodbt worked with the staff and board members over a period of several months to analyze the needs of each department and develop a master plan to redevelop the building into a series of flexible zones organized around a central gathering place. Through a creative use of mezzanine areas, extra space was created to allow for storage, the accommodation of some additional agencies, a fair trade café, and Ten Thousand Villages international gift shop. This project was made possible with generous support from volunteers and donations by local businesses and individuals.
