Persephone Theatre Group

The Persephone Theatre at the Remai Arts Centre is located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. This landmark building was designed to offer an exceptional performing arts facility in the heart of the City, drawing the community to experience River Landing’s “Cultural Block”. The design team worked closely with stakeholder groups to ensure the facility met the programming needs of the Persephone Theatre Group while also offering a welcoming, flexible and multi-function space. The 450 seat theatre is the feature attraction of the space, while a series of ancillary spaces provide support for performers. Program spaces and a small additional back-of-house stage were designed to accommodate the growing youth programs that Persephone Theatre offers.
