Located within the City’s Warehouse district at the prominent intersection of Idylwyld Drive and 25th Street in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the new Saskatoon Police Services Headquarters is designed to consolidate all members of the Saskatoon Police Services in a purpose-built facility. The central location allows Saskatoon Police Services a central presence and efficient access to all parts of the city. The new headquarters consists of underground fleet parking and outdoor staff parking, forensic labs, offices, a detention unit, a communications centre, an indoor training range, and education and training facilities. The building has been designed to a LEED certified standard. The project was delivered, in association with CS&P Architects and EllisDon Corporation, using a Design Build model.
