Station 20 West

Station 20 West Community Enterprise Centre is a joint-use project located in Saskatoon’s Pleasant Hill neighbourhood. The building is a model of sustainable development in an inner city context. The facility acts as an agent revitalizing a marginalized core neighbourhood and create a “people place” that brings with it enhanced programs, services, and amenities. This facility serve the community through providing a “one-stop” approach to medical, health, nutrition, employment, and housing services. aodbt worked closely with partnering organizations from the initiation of the project to ensure Station 20 West is designed with a program that allows the centre to act as a place-making example for Saskatoon.
