Suncorp Valuations is a Saskatoon based firm that provides appraisal work across North America and around the world. aodbt was engaged by the client to design a workspace to attract and retain staff and provide both staff and clients with a unique experience. Our design was a modern interior of glass and aluminum system walls with bright-coloured accent walls, abstract art from a local gallery, and simple, beautiful light fixtures as accents contrasted against the warehouse’s exposed brick and wood materials. A grey rubber sport floor was used as a runner to define the main circulation area and reduce sound between floors. The existing warehouse’s character was retained by exposing the existing wood ceilings, floors, and brick walls.
