Wilcox Zuk Chovin Law Office

Wilcox Zuk Chovin Law Office
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

The vision for the law office was a “classic contemporary” interior that maintained the character of the original space (large, north facing windows, and generous ceiling height) but incorporating as much interior glazing as the corporate office could afford. The starting point for the design came about through the “twisted” floor plan. The main board room divides the central space on a near 45 angle, maximizing the space available for three additional signing offices, waiting area, reception, and workstations for staff. Circulation for the main floor flows easily around the main board room, while maintaining privacy at waiting/reception area and providing visual separation from the workstations and lawyers’ offices. The new windows provide the interior space ample access to natural light. The second level features two lawyers’ offices and an open workstation area.
