aodbt was retained by the City of Prince Albert in 2004 to complete a multi-phased renovation and addition to the existing Comuniplex.

Phase One of the project included renovation to the existing Prince Albert Raider Hockey Club dressing rooms and training area. A two-storey 140-square-metre washroom/concession addition in the south-east corner of the building was built to provide additional services to that portion of the building as well as provide exterior access/service to the nearby track and sports fields of use in summer months.

Phase Two of the project consisted of office spaces for the Prince Albert Raider Hockey Club and the Art Hauser Centre Governance Board. The addition also included expansion and improvement to the washroom facilities, lobby and concession areas, and a 450-seat banquet facility.

The result is a multi-use facility capable of providing Prince Albert with an entertainment and convention facility as well as a multi-use sports facility.
