Hyde Park View, a modern adult housing development designed to offer comfortable living for residents aged 50 and older, is composed of four distinct buildings. Among the 140 units at Hyde Park View, 15 are designated as affordable rental units catering to seniors with low to moderate incomes, 25 are personal care suites, and 100 are life-lease units. Each of the 15 rental units is designed to support independent living.

Hyde Park View is more than just housing; it’s an age-in-place facility with building features and design elements that enable seniors to access different levels of services and care. Our dedicated design team has thoughtfully integrated various features into each suite, including spacious doorways and hallways, barrier-free walk-in showers in each master bedroom, expansive balconies, spacious floor plans with 9-foot ceilings, central air conditioning, and a large open-concept kitchen featuring large a functional island, six stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Notable building amenities include heated parking, personal storage spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The facility also offers an array of spacious communal areas, including a welcoming hotel-style lobby with a two-story fireplace, an expansive dining room, an exercise room, a library, a mini-theatre, and a large outdoor deck complete with a BBQ area and hot tub.
