The Pineview Terrace Long Term Care Home is a 60-bed Special Care Home in Prince Albert, located at the Victoria Hospital campus. The complex is designed based on the Eden Model of Care and Green House concepts. Five individual houses of 12 bedrooms each are centered on a kitchen/dining and living area, offering a total of 60 single room long-term care beds. The care home offers a range of personal and health services to the elderly, disabled, or chronically ill, and those who require 24-hour care. The facility also provides healthcare supports like day programs, and respite and rehabilitation services to people who still live in their own homes.

Each house has a separate entrance, secure outdoor area, a patio, spa room, private family room, and separate parking area. Each house prepares its own meals, with support as needed from the Victoria Hospital. The main entrance to the facility opens into a Community Gathering space that includes a chapel area. Large windows open onto a courtyard that allow for outdoor and summer events. The small scale environment in each house adds to the residential atmosphere with the intention of incorporating family, friends, and social networks from the community.
