The new RCMP Integrated Training Centre serves as a valuable complement to the existing cadet training facilities at the RCMP Training Academy in Regina (Depot Division). It not only supports current training needs but also facilitates new training methods and initiatives. The project encompasses several elements, including the expansion of the existing training building TBU51, the addition of new offices and amenity spaces, improved training areas, an expansion of magazine storage for ammunition, the incorporation of a new 100m range, and substantial renovations to various parts of the building. This multifaceted project has been executed in multiple phases.

The design philosophy and approach aimed at creating a cutting-edge training facility driven by efficient processes. The facility leverages a high degree of technology, with some training spaces featuring virtual reality and simulators. Its adaptability ensures it can meet future training initiatives effectively. A notable aspect of the project is its ability to integrate various cadet training programs seamlessly, encompassing live-fire range training, driver training, scenario-based training, and instruction in synthetic environments.
